BIOGRAPHY

Hi my name is Hayley Askew an artist, creative educator, wife and mum of four. I adore classic black and white photography and this plays a huge part in the theme of my work, both acrylic on canvas and graphite sketches. I am fascinated by traditional Japanese arts with kinsugi inspiring the use of gold leaf in my work. I am passionate about creating and the therapeutic abilities of Art, which I lent on during my successful cancer treatment.
